What's the pay like? How many employees in the department? Why is the old manager leaving?

Hi,

The old manager was dismissed for reasons..... to numerous.. Small department. Only 2 employees of which you are one. Needs to be updated and reorganized. Good pay for amount of work. Bonus plan in effect for right person.
