ATX Case
500 Watt PCIe PSU
Optical Drive (DVD or DVDR)
LCD Monitor
Video Card x1900/gf7900 or better

I would like to do case/psu/drive for about $100.

Looking for a cheap LCD too 17-19" would like to pay $100

And as for the video card... no set budget.

Hey i've got the 2, the case isn't anything special but it's works and is good, it's black and silver, the cd-rom is an asus 52x drive.
