got a speeding ticket in Kootenay national park today but it doesn't say how fast I was going, just "speeding" and the fine amount $. So I'm trying to find a fine $ breakdown of their speeding violation to see roughly how fast I was going but am having very little luck finding this table. I've even scanned through the BC Motor vehicle Art but little luck. anyone have any idea where I can find this table? if it exist?\

thanks

Were you actually pulled over or was it a photo radar? Either way I'd say it's a incomplete ticket if it wasn't filled in. You might be able to get it thrown out.

I was pulled over by a cop on the side of the highway w/ a radar gun. I think because they give out so many speeding tickets that everything was already pre-printed by computer on the ticket ( date, location, violation, etc) except the driver information and the fine amount.

It's a set amount I think...you were speeding = $xxx
you were really speeding = $xxx
