okay so i really don't want to sell the car because i love mustangs and i put this car together, but i'm moving to vancouver and it's just not practical to have a car out there (looking at getting a bike again). i do love this car and love driving it, i really want to sell the car to someone who will appriciate it as much as i do. i'm looking at trading for a motorcycle (cash added by me or other person depending on the bike) or i'm asking $6,500 i am lenient on the price since i am moving and need cash or a bike more than the car. More pictures available upon request

1998 Mustang 3.8L V6

-5spd

-green with white factory mustang decals

-magnaflow dual exhaust

-aluminium driveshaft

-titanium pushrods

-titanium lifters and rollers

-new valve cover gaskets and head gasket (didn't blow any of them, was bored when i first got it and replaced them with lifters)

-B&M short throw shifter

-luc stage 1 clutch last august

-adjustable quaderant clutch cable

-optima red-top battery

-msd ignition

-cold air intake

-new brakes up front (rear still good, might need new pads soon)

-power mirrors, locks, windows, driver's seat.

-A/C blows ice cold and works great

-cruise control works great

-dual airbags

-JVC KD-LHX500 headunit with pioneer 6x9's all around
-2 kicker comp 10" subs with rockford P3002 amp (stinger wiring kit)

-winter slalom tires with about 70% tread left on them on steel rims included

-2nd owner and all service records from day 1

-the odometer reads 223,xxx but i first noticed at about 185,xxx (near edmonton on that odometer test section on the highway) that for every 5kms the car actually goes it reads 6. it has done this on every trip i've made by that test section so i'd assume that the car actually has near 10,000km's less on it.

-no leaks or burns and great compression all around.

-never been in an accident

BAD:

-crack on passenger rocker panel

-crack on windshield (not affecting vision)

-passenger seatbelt needs new tensioner (doesn't wind back very well)

-steering wheel is worn on left side, if it's an issue i'll recover it for the buyer

-clutch can be sticky, haven't figured out the problem, was like that with old and new clutch. transmission seems to be okay when checked, clutch fork isn't bent and problem is intermittent (car sometimes creeps in first gear from a stop and sometimes you need to pump the clutch to get it to go into first when the car gets warm which is really weird for a cable clutch)

just a friendly reminder to not make me an offer unless you actually have the cash ready to go, it's okay to look at the car, but please don't make an offer unless you have the money.
