Whomever runs the gravel/sanding/salt trucks clearly loves to give his guys OT. I've seen the city gravel streets in the warms summer when there is heavy rainfall. I believe there is alot of B.S. being charged to taxpayers in this regard as it takes overnight to cover the city with sand/gravel but 2.5 months to clean it off the streets?
