F.S. 2 acres Lots in Springback

A family memeber of mine is in charge of the development of a new springbank community project called Windhorse Manor. He has around 50 lots for sale all being at least 2 acres. Homes in the area are selling for around 2 million dollars. Lots are priced to sell at $350k to 575K. Please let me know if you know anyone of interest. i checked out the lots. they are overpriced when compared to the surrounding lots for sale.

There are no other lots for sale in that area. I believe that the lots are priced very well but everyone has their opinion.

^ sounds cool, but good luck negotiating terms being a single home builder ... i've also heard these lots are not set up for water, power or nat gas at the moment

Also the land is set up for electricity,water and everything. Only thing that is not set up at the moment is sewage, its currently running on septic field but by the time you are going to build on the lots sewage lines will be set up.
