What are u JDM car owners paying for car insurance?

I am looking to change insurance companys my fucking company is bullshit and im tired of dealing with them. (Canada Brokerlink) For my 300 i am paying 1400/yr for plpd, i just wana know what you other guys are paying and what company ur with so hopefully i can find someone beter.

18 and been insured for 3 yrs now. ok i was just wondering what everyone elce was paying, but this isnt a full yrs coverage this is only a 6 month coverage. im just so sick of that company, they didnt have my car insured for over 3 months when it was supposed to be and they had nothing but requests for it to be insured but noone fuckin insured it and finally i found out.

im 23 and i pay $200/month for Full coverage(fire/theft/glass/1million liatbility/collision). If you have post secondary education, go through TD Meloche Monnex. You will get a bit of a discount.

when i was 18 i was paying 3k a year for plpd, on a 84 prelude. no accidents, cleann record. that was before the reform of the insurance companies.

for plpd it doesn't matter what car it is

I'm 25 and I pay $2300/year on my 02 WRX.

Only reason it's that high is because I got into a minor at fault accident before I got the insurance on my WRX. My original company wanted to charge me over $5K/year after they paid out for my accident. Switched to Meloche Monnex and I'm paying $2300/year. That should drop in August when it comes up for renewal.

That's for full coverage with $1000 collision deductible and $500 comprehensive.

i am still tryin to figure this out with my company buts lookin like 1700/yr plp and comprehensive... but get this a $1000 deductible? Fuckers say b/c its modified ie. CAI, BOV and exhaust. Doesn't make sense to me. 20 and 4 years clean record.

im 21 paying 230/month full coverage on a JDM FD, clean record and been insured with the same company for 3 years now, my rates drop again in sept (at that point 4 years with same company being a primary). i had been looking at a 350z until i got quoted over 500/month and at that point gave up on driving anything nice and newer than 2000.
