The flaws as shown in the photos are an indication of a slow drop. I bought it with such flaws.

New battery has been put in and its ready to ridden away. Better gas mileage than a Smart car and can pass way over Smart's speed limit.

Just a heads up, but I wouldn't make statments like that.. What if some noob prick drives it into a tree and takes it back, in pieces? then it goes to court? theres lots of morons out there, that would try...
