If I tried hard enough I could probably do this same kind of post with any other car manufacturer:rolleyes: And...27 hondas (that you have showed us) with ball joint failures out of how many hondas produced?

Exactly. American cars face more and worst problems then any imports out there. I'm very shocked about the pictures but it definitely wouldn't stop me from buying a honda.

so from all those that you posted there are really only about 6-7 cars. Many pictures are just the same car zoomed in, or from a different angle.

way to go genius!!

OMG 6 cars' broke which accounts for approx .00000000000...00001% of honda's, the whole company is a scam and they suck!!!! funny thing is that only that percentage is the amount of domestics that work.

Okay, How many Honda are in the world. you showed us 27 pics of all 2005+ Hondas, good for you. 27 out of how many, all those pics could of been mistakes, some of them even show that it was damage related, A ball joint could be as simple as the mechanic forgetting to install a cotter pin. or the C clip. simple as that.

Anybody can show anyone pics bad situations. you have no logic behind your pics other than "Honda's suck" defend why, and explain how they cars ended up like that? was it a defect from Honda? if so where are the facts?

This thread is going to get even more interesting. Every manufacterer I see has their lemons & bad designs. Its really not a big deal that Honda has these ball-joint issues. :dunno:
Asides from this (excluding their old version; Insight) Honda has always had a clean rep.

All of those hondas pictured have China plates, and if you didn't know, Honda has a joint venture with some other Chinese company to produce cars in China to avoid import taxes. None of these cars are ever exported so I think it's safe to assume that the North American Hondas do not have the same problems.

Nearly all of the pics posted have some sort of extra damage on the car in the area of the suspension failure.. Crash any car and I guarantee some sort of damage.

I think you had better look at the front end damage which in most case clearly shows damage from hitting something. A Honda suspension is a copy of the formula one suspension. there really isn't any suspension designed to take the impact of hitting something unless you buy a tank. there are hundreds of pictures that show what looks like a failure but no one reads or finds out what really happened. Why not post the real story behind each picture?

This is embarrasing... All foreign vehicles have greatly increased the domestic brands. Chevrolet/Pontiac/GMC has increased quality drasticlly because they had to in order to compete. Some of the product out now for the domestic brands is bar far better quality than most imports. Unfortunatly we just don't know the technology inside the vehicle due to a improper salesman or lack of research.

And last time i checked GM, Ford, & Dodge produce way more vehicles than honda. More vehicles produced = more problems

says the cobalt owner.. New and shiney will fade, leaving you to see your sunfire... err.. sunbird rather...

Theres a reason honda has been synonymous with quality over the yrs.. I've never seen one post get so many people worked up.. Relax, a dozen picutres compiled together doesn't change the fact millions upon millions of hondas are out there many over 300, hell over half a million kms and still going.... I don't even own a honda, but I'll stick up for them...

:werd: thats exactly why this thread is funny to me...i dont see the big deal and why people get soo defencive about a couple funny pics (that dont necesarry mean anything) that involves the car brand they drive even though it may be reffered to as an "econo-box"...usually you would exotic owners or at least nsx owners being like that
