FS - 99-00 civic SiR front bumper (Milano Red)

i have a spare milano red front bumper for sale from an EM1 (will fit any 99-00 civic) perfect for SiR front end conversions on 96-98 civics.

it has some minor scratches on the underside, and i think probably a couple rock dings, but nothing major, it is in overall good shape.
I will post pictures of it soon.

what would be needed to do the front end conversion on a 96 civic??? just the bumper and grill??? or would you need headlights too
