You sound like everyone from Toronto when Carter said he wanted out too. Kobe deserves a better team, the last 3 years have been pretty bad for the lakers and kobe deserves it. Look at his stats, hes one of the best players in the NBA if not the best... whats so bad about a franchise player with his kind of skill wanting to be on a better team?
