does anyone here know where to buy this bike locally? even in edmonton? Its a 125cc bike that sits at around 30"-31" i think. Its popular and is known to many pocket bike forums and can be registered and insured in the US to ride on public streets. Its almost like the new honda cbr125 but kinda like a cheaper version. Its also known as the Phoenix

If anyone has any info can you please msg me.. Thanks.

It says that it is EPA/DOT approved. Does that mean it can be insured here in Canada too?

http://www.ricardomotors.com/r2.html says that they could ship it to canada, but i would have to deal with customs myself. is it like importing a car?

If they're DOT approved you shouldn't have any problems getting them in. Call RIV 1-888-848-8240

just for your guys info i went to the local pocket bike stores and some can special order the bikes! :D BUT they are not legal to drive in canada unless you know a mechanic (very well) who can do out of provice inspection. I would just say put that $1500 towards a new bike:thumbsup:
