1st impression - it's TINY, which is what i'm looking for.

SNR is a bit on the low side, no?

thoughts? It'll be powering a pair of 6.5" MB Quart components.

Power might be a little on the low side if your components are 4 ohm. Remember that wattage isn't a TRUE measure of the power going to your speakers. Crossovers tend to rob power from the line. If your nominal power rating on your components is, say 60W, you'll want to run around a 75 W amp to give it a little extra and prevent clipping.
