i deliver there it takes me 1 hour to get from deerfoot mall to springbank hill.......................but hell of a gorgeous neighborhood worth it for the views

This is the collegegate across from the auc/nuc college... it takes 5 minutes to drive to the Papa Johns to grab a pizza... unless you're flying or teleporting to downtown.. ;)

This area is really nice, and it's rather exclusive because there's not a whole lot of a homes in this community. One thing that's gonna ruin it (with more traffic) is the college. Oh well.. we'll deal with that when it gets built.

Yup this is collegegate! I agree this is a really exclusive area. People are nice and kids are respectful.
The AUC college is being built right across the street. It will be a Bible college so hopefully it wont get to loud.
Scenery is amazing. Just outside my balcony you can see the mountains!
