Can you tell me how the blue book value of a car is impacted once its airbags have been used? The used car I am looking at to possibly buy has been in a wreck. The airbags have been replaced after the accident and the seller is still asking for the blue book price. I would think that the price of a car that has been in an accident should be below blue book. Am I correct?
