Inspection

I have a car I need inspected for insurance and need to know where I could take it that would be the easiest to let it pass. There is nothing dangerous wrong with the car, but has 2 chips in the windshield and money is to tight to get a new windshield. Anyone know of anyone or any places that would pass it without much nit picking?
