Bloddy hell! That would be such an insane rush. But good on the guy for not selling to anyone under 25.

Get someone else to buy it and give it to you as a gift :poosie: Nice find though, that looks like a sick engine. But to be honest, the only thing I would keep would be the engine so I would just get a 502 or 572. Bawwwlinnn!

Haha, that is pretty funny, especially if it's all true.

I sure don't know where you can buy another all year round vehicle that does low 10's and can wheely for $15k. HAHAa

That would be some serious sweetness... but could you imagine trying to do an oil change? or any maintenance... one break down, and your out 5-10k... maybe? haha

Why would an oilchange or maintenance be expensive?

:bullshit:
It says 1 ton axles, its not gonna pull a wheel stand with 1 ton axles in front, I changed mine over years ago, and that axles is the range of 600 lbs without wheels on it, that year of truck will have an np208, which would spew its guts if you tried to do something like that...
Nice looking truck, I built one for a friend years ago with a 413 max wedge in it, it could be that same truck.

aren't racing engines built specifically to last one race and then they would need a rebuild?

I just e-mailed him and asked exactly that. Internal clearances for race motors are very different that engines thet are assembled/designed for daily driving.

It will be interesting to see what his reply is.

Pretty cool idea though.

I'm willing to vouch that if you show up with $15000, and hand it to him, he won't care that you're not 25.
