maybe it's because the partspeople don't have the power or won't use the power.

I went to Blackfoot today to see see if I could get a discount on parts - no. Depending on who you deal with the answer is different.

So I just went to another shop and got 12.5%, depending on salesperson it's up to 15%.

At blackfoot I just say i bought a new bike and i have a discount on parts for 15% . They dont even bother asking anything else, they just give it to me. So it might work.
