Garmin Nuvi 350

I have a garmin nuvi 350 which came with the shittest manual ever.

Now is there a easy program to make POI (points of interest) and upload to the machine?

I mean easy instructions i have no clue what the hell a csi file is...

Also this thing is spose to be a MP3 player well i have 400 songs on limewire is there a way to transfer them?

If that's your only complaint with the device, considering garmin has the BEST mapping out there, taking it back and buying another brand will only amplify your issues...
