How to gut an eg civic *Moved*

Just curious whats the best way to get the rear seats out of an eg mostly just the bottom part where the metal clips are...

There should be a 10mm bolt holding the seat down to the rear (trunk-side). The 2 clips on either side of the front of the seat just pop up.. just apply a little pressure on them to relieve the pressure.
