itmight be a s5 front bumper and a lip but i dunno wats the lip called ><

Its just a lip, its a Feeds lip

Yes and no...FEED never made that lip for the S4(Actually I cant recall of any company that made a nice lip for the S4 ) however I do recall someone on rx7club who was developing a similar lip that would fit S4's, so you may wanna start checking around there..or just buy yourself S5 bumpers and trim if your heart is set on that lip

yeah imma just buy a s5 front bumper anyone sellin 1?
