ps: my bud got a VW Golf GTi 20th aniversary one, and he got 380hp in it, skirt the works, and he is selling it for 40,000, and he spend 80,000 on it...

Man, the car has only been out for like two and a half weeks! I was the second to get mine in Alberta and that was only like 20 days ago.

My car, along with the other that came in early were from the first batch of cars too, so I don't think your friend got it sooner than I did.

How did he have so much work done to it in such a short time? I don't want to call BS, but I think I may have to on this one.

I haven't even begun to ask what sort of mods he got to add another 200 horsepower. Not to mention why on earth he would sell a car, after like 2 weeks of it being out and after he had spent 80 grand on it. Doesn't add up.

i remember when he got his, we were at the dealer ship and the dealer said "aniversary edition", and he also bought the one with the 17" or 18" rims on it, cant remember, he also ordered skirts for it, and then he invested another 40g's in it, he turbocharged it intercooler, exhaust, intake, he did alot more, cant remember, but the most he went with it was 260km/h and he slowed down, but he could have gone faster

ill really try to get some pics, and if you call bs, its kul man, but im just telling you wut he got

hard to say who has the nicest car.. it would be too opinionated... but that fastest? well in my unbiased opinion (:D ) id have to say gripenfelter (the 93 stroked z28)

It may have been the GTi 337 edition then (which is the 25th Anniversary GTi in Europe - they have had the GTi over there for 5 more years than we have in N.A).

My car, the 20th Anniversary, has only just begun to be delivered to owners. There are only 200 alotted for Canada.

You listed some mods that he has done, but there are a couple inconsistencies with what you're saying. I'd still be curious to see what sort of mods he has done to get that sort of power. So if you could, get your friend to give you a list of what has been done and then post them. I would like to have that sort of power as well.

hard to distinguish between best cars....either speed or looks.....only thing factory on my car is the frame...the rest is all custom....but i doubt even mine is the best on here to some people
