Hi, I have a 2007 Honda Civic, and I may be moving to the USA within a year. Does anyone know if such a car needs to be modified before the USA will let me import it into their country? I have heard of problems that people have with the seatbelt systems.
Basically a friend said something about US cars needing "automatic restraint systems" which Canadian standards don't require... but I was hoping someone on these boards would have some idea of what is involved in bringing a Canadian car to the US.
