Hey guys. I was just wondering if these rumors I've heard between a 92 MR2, are true: regarding how the rear suspension was redone for 93-94.
The (1992 year) '92 manufactered JDM MR2's look great, but I was wondering if it would be wise to wait until next year, as supposedly the rear end was completely re-vamped.... :dunno:

stock height sucks. 93's are better but not much imo

Unless you do some serious track driving or crazy road racing you wont notice the suspension differences. The brakes and the addiotion of LSD are the major upgrades on the 93 mr2s. The 93s had a little bit of a lower spring but the difference mainly lies in the traction rods which are a bit longer meaning less snap oversteer.

Agreed. If you intend to to do any suspension work or change rims, tire widths or lower the vehicle then you are going to alter the dynamics of the car and it won't react the way Toyota intended it to. But again most people won't notice it.
