Bentley Finishes 1-2 at Le Mans

Didn't get a chance to catch the race over the weekend, but was cruising around the web and saw Bentley finished 1-2 at the 24 Hours of Le Mans over the weekend. The first time they have won there in 73 years, although their program did cease to be for awhile. A great result! The lead machine driven by Tom Kristensen, Guy Smith and Rinaldo Capello also set a new record of 377 laps over the 24 hours. The previous record was 375 set by Audi last year.

Audi seemed to have nothing but problems this year, I cant believe bentley won, it was long overdue:thumbsup:

Aren't the Bentley's just re-bodied Audi's ????

Aren't the Bentley's just re-bodied Audi's ???? They used some of the knowledge Audi acquired in their program, but the car is quite a bit different from the Audi's. It does use the Audi 3.6L V8 for power though.

I can't believe I had to miss the race this year. Anyone know if Speed will be replaying it at all in the next few weeks or so?
