Duplex, house, big condo...
Just wondering if there is anything out there that would accomidate me, my wife, soon to be baby, 2 cats and a small dog?
Currently paying $1375/mth and just trying to cut down on expenses in light of our baby on the way.
Would prefer something with a backyard and needs to accomidate at least 2 cars at any given time.
I would be looking for August 1st since that is when my lease is up and would be looking for nothing less then a min. 1 year term and if the house and price is right I would consider a 2 year lease agreement for those parties interested.
Any suggestion and feedback is appreciated.
