movie making software?

Can anyone reccomend a good movie making software? Either freeware or something I can pirate off of Kazaa?

win xp comes with some.. movie maker.. and they have movie maker 2 out as well as a windows update

look for adobe premier, it kicks ass!! you'll need a good comp to support it well.

its a great program, you can make some amasing stuff wiht it, it takes a bit to get a hang of tho, adobe like to think everyone is a rocket scientist!:dunno:

Yeah adobe is good...Actually i think itsone of the best...takes a while to learn everything..but once u get it down, piece of cake, and u can make killer movies on it...

but isnt flash more for making cartoon type movies, more than live motion video:dunno:

flash is more suited for Vector type movies, you can however embed movies(.mov) into flash with the latest version. PPL need to learn to use specific programs with specific purpose... don't use things because its 'cool'.
