This is on season 4 I believe. It's the episode where Peter borrows a crap load of money from Mort, and Peter can't pay it all back so he sells Meg to Mort so she can be like her slave.
The episode is called 8 simple rules for buying my teenage daughter, it's on volume three of the dvds. Lemme see if I can find the episode online
