It'd be hard for NSH, EDM, PHX etc. to make it seeing as how the four teams they're trying to catch are playing against each other the rest of the way.

It was a really good game. So much different live. Really missed not going to any games this year. Lambo drawed two penalties on his speed alone that led to the 2 PPG's. The goal the Avs scored was goalie interference on #94 but didn't get called. :dunno:

A lot of ice time for the 2nd/3rd lines. Even good ole Marcus Nilson racked up 16mins. :eek: Juice needs to work on his D, he sat the entire 3rd. This is the kind of hockey the Flames need to play, they will beat anyone. :goflames:

Such a tough call. Obviously depends on how good Calgary wants to play out the rest of their games. If we can win a few and take the top of the Northwest then Van. If we just want to hold the best bottom seed then Minny can have it. I hate our division. I love it too, makes things very interesting.

What a game. Flames showed a lot of heart tonight. The 1st period was terrible. I am so happy that they played such a good 2nd/3rd. Iggy was so close to getting #50, only to have it go wide.

Flames really showed a lot of heart to come back like that. First team to do this to the Canucks this season.

It was a bit quiet when we went down two goals.. the Canucks fans in the nose bleeds where having a hay day.. pretty loud too.

Once the Flames scored though that was it. It was deafening when we tied it, and when Dion sunk the third. WOW..:eek:

Entertaining game!! Very fast. Flames were sloppy and lazy in the 1st. I swear they do that to "lull" the opponent. I KNEW it was gonna be a different game in the 2nd and 3rd.
Thats the thing with Calgary...Vancouver could be leading 4 - 0 and I'd still be worried about a comeback.
Good tilt to start the game....what a LONG fight..they were bagged at the end of it lol.

This has got to be the best regular season windup ever. two wins separating 1st and last in our division.

Yeah I heard that too but he is still making his mark. All refs miss stuff and make mistakes. They have tough job but he is always in the middle of all big ones.

The chop should of been called as well but I could see how it could of been missed in the corner and play moving the other way. But how does two refs miss an obvious trip while Vandameer has the puck skating out of the zone? What were they watching to both have missed it?

In the end Roloson stole this one. We had our chances and played well. Should of been OT but what can you do. Good for the league I suppose with three teams at 86 points fighting for the last spot.

Lack of finish by the Flames is what killed them. Oilers did a nice job of blocking shots and clearing the net. The Grebeshkov goal was just a lazy play by Iggy and Kipper should've had the Penner shot. Lombo got lucky on his goal too. Could've gone either way really.

Just hoping they can crush the fragile Canucks tomorrow... they'll be playing way more desperate than the Oilers tonight. It's gonna be tough.
