Where to get digital prints?

Where can I get the cheapest digital prints in town? Here's what I came up with just using Google:

Superstore: 15c limited offer
Wal-Mart: 19c
FS/BB: 15 c
London Drugs: 39 c (I think)

Is quality pretty much all the same? Any thoughts? I'll do anything to save a buck these days :D

Another option is Costco, We won't use superstore or walmart... the quallity sucks. We keep coming back to FS, good quality and good price if you wait till prints are on sale. They'll also deliver directly to you're mail box for a small charge.
