No nothing wrong. I just dont get to enjoy it much, I have a bike for the nice days and get a ride to work. I can't justify keeping the car and bike so I gotta get a cheaper car and keep the bike.

Yes, it comes with both sets of rims. Although the rubber on the stock wheels will need replacement

I have no idea what dealer would pay. On autotrader 27 is a reasonable price. TSX's go for 24-25 and this is better IMO
