I already have a R7000 will both of these work in addition to the one I currently have?

How hard is it to get them to work together?

I'm pretty sure you can use any of the Compustar remotes with any of the Compustar alarms, except the oldest one that uses the black remote with no backlight. I was using the remote (newer one) with an alarm that came with the blue remote (older one).

You have to program the remote to work with the alarm. I'm not sure how to do it, but any alarm install shop like Autodream can do it for you.

You can buy them at any Compustar dealer/installer like Autodream for example...

For anyone that buys the R7000, i'm fairly sure to program that R7000 with a car, you turn the key in the ignition 6 types and press button 1 on the remote.
