No, your best bet is to keep an eye out for the New Home Guide, its published every Thursday I believe and can be found at 7-11's etc...

Your best bet is to be friends with or know someone in the developer community. By the time the public finds out about everything, it's usually too late or the best units have already been picked.

It may take a little bit of homework, but the best way would be to:

Google Local home builders assocation (in this case it should be Calgary or alberta)
then look for a directory of home builders of your areas
On the web sites of home builders, look for current & future projects of these builders.
