hehe i just watched the film over the weekend and now i wanna try out this dish but i have no idea who would even serve this in calgary. and i preferred if they had no rats in the kitchen too. any ideas/suggestions?

I must agree that its a fantastic movie! Pixar always delivers when it comes to content.

I too would like to know if there is a traditional French restaraunt located in Calgary.
