1 Wireless controller
1 wired headset for live

reason for selling is i got no time 2 play it no more
plus wii is alil more fun if i do have time

depends man... M$ upped there warranty to 3 yrs nd ive herd alot of people sent theres back out of warranty nd it was still fixed..... but not officially

??? i dont know wat relevance ur post has to helping accomplish selling my 360. i have broken no rules
and my 360 is not otherwise ruined or damaged in anyway!

Are the 20 games legit store bought copies or dupes/ISO/Warez?

Is the console modded? If it is then it has no warranty at all and we have to trust that you knew what you were doing when you modded it.

Plus if I activate my gamertag on that console and it gets banned when I go online, then I may lose my account.

well... if you have seen my other threads then you would kno all the answers to those questions... the reason i wouldnt have otherwise said anything about warez is the simple fact that my thread would b closed for a 3rd time so i rely on pm's... and i have alot of interests in my console and i let everyone know through pm (wich is y i didnt quite list the games). now there is a common misconception on y or y not xbox live accounts are being banned... one of the theories is due to people downloading the halo beta... 2. is from people doing the spring console update, which I have not done either so therefore still have my xbox live account DrunkFistBoxer if you would like to check on it. Now i have mentioned nothing about modding in this thread because i do not want it to get closed so please no warez/modding/tampering talks in this thread. Oh and if you would like to google the percentage of people who send modded consoles back to M$ and succeed be my guest because most of them just reflash the original firmware and there is no evidence other than the sticker being removed.

PS: xbox360 warranty is now 3 years as per M$ and Banning is done weather or not u have a modded console nd xbox will not comment on it... google it
also i can provide original receipts which i still have
