if there is 100 000kms on the engine and a 40 000km warrenty doesn't that mean the warrenty is expired? does it have keyless entry or an alarm?

There is only 100km ish on the engine not 100000km the warranty is still good for a long time. No keyless or alarm sorry.

O so the engine is brand new, sorry about the confusion, why was the engine replaced? is there any other mechanical problems? do you have reciepts?

Yes all service records available. Yes the engine is brand new!
It was replaced because of a lower baring engine knock :P
