Unseen JDM???

I listed my 92 Prelude, and I got a comment that I can't post unseen JDM cars on here. What is an "unseen JDM" car? I don't understand what I did wrong.

If the car is not landed in Canada, it cannot be sold. Car must actually be in possesion before you can sell it on here.

how could you have a landed jdm 92 prelude for 2 years already? or did you just import it and kept it in your garage until legal?

I'm not certain the car is JDM at all.
