This is an ultraportable notebook - very tiny and light! Only 3.6 lbs! Even the AC adapter is tiny and colour matched. Other students constantly compliment the very attractive looks and teeny tiny size.

I've upgraded it to 1.5GB RAM, quieter hard drive, and painted the lid (cover) white to match the rest of the laptop. Originally the lid cover was a maroon colour that I did not care for. The white paint matches the rest of the notebook perfectly!

I've owned this notebook from new and it is still under warranty. I used it for the last year of my undergrad. It was an ideal computer for what I used it for - taking to class, taking notes, writing essays, Internet, taking on flights for movies and music...basically everything but gaming.

If you're looking for a computer to take to school/work every day for plenty of unplugged time and not break your back, this is the one. It achieves over 4 hours of battery life with regular usage.
