What should i do?

I was in supermarket for 15 minutes, and here's what I find when I came out

White streaks on the front bumper with the loser's red paint embedded to my car. I don't even know how that happened, did he nick me as he was reversing out of his spot or something? I'm so angry, I knew i should've reversed a little deeper into my spot... :'( Any idea what I should do? I don't have any witnesses...:banghead:

bumpers are made out of plastic. he probably got hit by a brown/red car

Yup bumpers on a gen7 accord is plastic.

No man, it just happened yesterday..that's the other guy's paint. My car isn't even a year old yet :/

Report it as hit and run. Put a notice at the store and see if anyone saw it happened. You'll probably have to pay deductible unless you can find the bastard.
