Cash Incentive only applies to straight assumation, not with trades, unless you have a $4000 car you need to sell, I'd buy it instead.

whats your interest rate man?... payments of close to $500 for another 34 months and you only owe about 12k on it?

Interest rate is 1.25%

33 payments x 488.89 = $16,133 less $4000 cash incentive (includes transfer fee of $450, so cash to you is $3550) =$12,583


EDIT: Now know what you mean.

I don't only owe the buyout. You have to add the payments to the buyout. (Lease end value)

pontiac doesnt give you the option to trade the car back in to lease a 4 door or suv? with 33 month left, maybe your still in negative equity.
