I am looking for a mature, clean & fun roommate to share my house in MacEwan.
I am renting the lower level which has 2 large bedrooms, bathroom with shower and a large living room, bar and fire place.
I have a 2 year old black lab and would actually prefer someone with another friendly dog as she gets lonely while I am at work.
I have a large fenced backyard with a deck and fire pit. there is a garage but it is not included with the rent but we may be able to work something out if its a deal breaker. I have 2 300zx that are not driven in the winter.
I am asking $650 plus half the utilities...I currently have digital cable plus shaw phone and extreme internet. typically the utilities run about $250 each maybe a bit higher in the winter.
the lower area is already hard wired for internet and I have a spare digital cable box you can use with a TV downstairs.
