What floor is it on and how many floors in the building?

Was it ever rented, if so how much for?

Its on the 1st floor from the front but the rear of the building slopes down so from the rear its on the second floor.

It was rented before we took possession of the unit.

We are selling by owner for now. Next month it will go on MLS. Let me know if your interested in seeing the place. We have a couple viewings this weekend but we can slot you in, in the evening sometime. You really have to see the deck to appreciate how big it is.... You will never find anything like it inner city....
