Need help with pricing question

I remember reading posts about people saying they could tell you what a car is purchased by the dealer from the factory at. This aided in allowing you to know that X price + Dealer markup = your cost so you have some idea what you could fairly negotiate on a price.

I dont remember what this list was called or where to find one.

please help, it is on a new 2007 Outback, Auto, no sunroof, alloys (not sure what is an option and what is stock)
