Another Keyed Car Question

My son's Lexus was keyed in his condo parking garage in Florida along with 12 or more cars that same night. I assume he needs a police report to report the vandalism to our insurance company. Another thought is what responsibility the condo has for all of the cars parked overnight in the condo's garage? They provide an obvious lackluster security guard and no video security which, in hindsight, appears to be rather inadequate security.

I don't believe that the condo could be held responsible at all, but there is still something that you can do. That is to get the 12 individuals who got their cars keyed to sign a petition or something of that nature stating that they need better security in the garage and reporting it to management.
