our 97 grand am se when you turn on the A/C or heat it blows a yellow fuse

what fuse is it?? the headlight fluid fuse?

yellow doesnt mean more then the amp its is
you will need to tell us what extacly fuse it is
back of fuse box cover should have it

sounds like someone is drawing to much power and blowing the fuse
