i'd be willing to hear what you have to offer first, then go from there. so yes i would be willing, but the helmet and jackets aren't worth anything to me without a bike.

update: had some interest but no takers, this bike has never been down. it runs great and looks great. i've put about 4 tanks of gas on it this year, as i don't work downtown anymore it is up for sale. reasonable offers will not be refused.
