15" cav rims fit a sunfire?

Does anyone know if 15" Cavalier wheels will bolt up to a Sunfire GT that has 16 inch wheels. What happens to the speedo when you go from 16 to 15?

I was hoping to use 15 in steelies\winters from a Cav on a Sunfire!

Yes, and rim size won't effect speedometer, tire size does. So be sure to get winter tires that match the size of the 16" rim/tires.

use this to find the right size, or if you get a different size, it will tell you the speed difference between the two.

I already have a set of winters from a wrecked Cav that I replaced with the Sunfire. Since the Sunfire is a GT it has Aluminum alloy rims.
Just trying to save my daughter some money on a whole new set of winters!

Then put the 2 wheels into the calculator and it'll tell you the speedo difference.

99% sure both are 5X100 and the same center bore.

So yes it'll fit.

yes both are 5x100 - I used to have sunfire rims on my old cavalier.

that will be fine it will only throw off the speedo off by about 2kms/h when going 100kms/h.

they are both the same plateform so rims will fit on both no problems.

Absolutely not an issue. I frequently use 15 inch cav rims on sunfires...
