This is probably the easiest thing anyone can do. In fact, the guys at Auto Value will come out with you if you aren't busy and do it for you.

I went to parkdale auto services off memorial and 33 SW cost me 80 bux.. was the cheapest I could find (that is a full service where they vaccume the old stuff out and put new stuff in) you have to be carefull because some places just throw a can of fluid in to make it cold and call it a day

no they were unable to do it because my lines and system was clogged... but the still decided to charge me for the recharge, and that was only problem number one, it got much worse with these guys.. they then charged me 300+ dollars to change my spark plugs (normally about 100 anywhere else) and they didn't even change the back 3 plugs (which is why it cost so much..)... and the list goes on... not really wanting to get into it any further details... just makes me angry

Why did they charge you if they didn't recharge it?

because they attempted to do it.. and appearently that is a good enough reason to charge
