View Full Version : Where to get rock chips fixed?

So I have a few rock chips and so does my cousins car, my sisters car etc... and I need them repaired like comeon ppl stupid calgary...

My dad's new mercedes already has a chip on the side from gay construction...

So can anyone recommend a place?

Whoops shoulda specified... I ment paint chips on my fenders, hood, bumpers etc...

I take mine to Cal Alta south. In and out in 15 minutes usually and it's 20 bux.

Do they do a good job in terms of that you can't notice there was ever a chip there?

I am not sure about this but I don't think the rock chips completely disappear, I think all the repair does is that stops them from spreading as in webbing out and completely damaging the windshield or whatever.

In fact, AFAIK they dont make it look much better, just stops webbing like he said.

I thought he meant glass chips. My bad. Cal Alta is a glass repair place

I personally wouldnt bother taking your car somehwere for them to just touch up the paint. The only real way to fix it is repaint, then 3M :)

I have had some very good luck with Chippy Auto Appearance in the NE.
