I have a stick of PC2700 and PC3200 ram ( 256mb ) and i need to combine them, SO, i will trade the faster (3200) for a stick of the slower (2700)....

WTF? You know your computer will just downclock the DDR400 to DDR333 right? Unless your motherboard supports PC3200 then it'll just use the potential of the memory.

would it not conflict with eachother?, i DONT want to be putting in two different speeds of ram to have something fry....
